A payment card is required for identity and payment method verification. No automatic charges apply — you choose your plan, and only then are you charged.

What happens during the trial?

During the 7-day access period you have full platform access. Zero Ops Credits are included — AI features are visible and ready, but require a paid credit allocation to run. You can connect all your social and inbox accounts, browse the analytics for your connected accounts, schedule posts for after the trial, and explore every workspace space. When you are ready to activate AI features, select your plan.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing is charged at ten times the monthly price — you receive 12 months of access, making two months effectively free. Annual plans are billed upfront on signup.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. Upgrade at any time — the change takes effect immediately with a prorated charge for the current cycle. Downgrade at any time — the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Pro plans include 3 seats. Studio plans include 10 seats. Agency plans include 25 seats. Additional seats are available at €49 per seat per month on Pro, Studio, and Agency plans.

The Boost Pack is a one-time emergency credit purchase of 1,000 Ops Credits for €49. Credits expire 90 days from purchase. The Boost Pack is not available on the Maker plan.

Ops Credits are the unit that powers AI features in GliminTor OS. They are consumed only when you invoke AI — generating content, images, videos, voice-overs, or running AI analysis. Scheduling, publishing, inbox reading, and analytics viewing are always free and never consume credits.

What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?

AI features pause until your next monthly credit refresh or until you purchase a Boost Pack. All scheduling, publishing, inbox, and analytics features continue without interruption. Your content calendar keeps running.

Do credits roll over?

Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Boost Pack credits expire 90 days from the date of purchase.

What does Brand DNA actually do?

Brand DNA analyses your connected social account history — your actual published posts — and builds a live voice profile from the data. Tone, vocabulary, sentence structure, punctuation patterns, emoji usage, and content themes are all learned and stored as a profile specific to your workspace. Every AI output the platform generates — captions, scripts, replies, campaign copy, and broadcast messages — is produced through that profile. The result is AI content that sounds like you wrote it, because the system learned from what you have already written.

No. Your content, brand data, prompts, and AI-generated outputs are never used to train AI models. Your data is encrypted, isolated to your workspace, and remains yours.

Why is Twitter/X analytics limited to 7 days?

X's API imposes a 7-day data limit for third-party analytics access. GliminTor displays the maximum data the platform permits. A platform limit notice is shown on all X analytics cards, regardless of plan tier.

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer
