6. Messaging and Broadcast Standards

The following platform rules apply to all use of Broadcast, Auto-Engage, and inbox messaging features. These are GliminTor platform standards. You remain independently responsible for compliance with all applicable laws governing commercial messaging in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your recipients. ## 6.1 Platform Requirements — All Users • You must have a lawful basis for contacting each recipient — prior consent, an existing relationship, or another basis under applicable law • All commercial messages must include a functional opt-out mechanism where required by law or the applicable platform's policy • Opt-out requests must be honoured promptly and suppression lists maintained • You must comply with the messaging policies of each connected platform (WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta Messaging Guidelines, Telegram API Terms, and others) ## 6.2 EU/EEA Under the EU ePrivacy Directive as implemented in national law, sending unsolicited commercial electronic messages generally requires prior explicit opt-in consent from recipients. You are responsible for compliance with applicable national ePrivacy rules in each EU/EEA member state where your recipients are located. ## 6.3 United States US federal CAN-SPAM requirements govern commercial email and require accurate headers and subject lines, a valid physical postal address, a clear unsubscribe mechanism, and honouring opt-out requests within 10 business days. GliminTor platform rules may impose stricter standards than CAN-SPAM as a platform requirement, not as a statement of the legal minimum. State-level privacy and messaging laws may impose additional requirements. ## 6.4 UAE, KSA, and Egypt Each of these jurisdictions has specific laws governing commercial electronic communications. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Contact [email protected] for jurisdiction-specific guidance.
