1. Acceptance

By registering, accessing, or using GliminTor OS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Definitions

"Service" The GliminTor OS platform, APIs, mobile and web applications, and all associated features. "Operator" XBLANC SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ. "Customer" / "you" The individual or entity that subscribes to the Service. "Workspace" An isolated environment within your account for managing social profiles, team members, and data. "Ops Credits" The consumable compute currency used to execute AI-powered operations within the Service. "Contacts" The built-in social CRM module for storing and managing audience and customer records. "Broadcast" The outreach messaging feature enabling bulk message sending to contacts via messaging platforms. "Connected Platform" A third-party social media, messaging, or CRM platform linked to your workspace. "Content" Any text, images, video, audio, data, or other material you upload, publish, or process through the Service.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Authentication is managed by Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on six subscription tiers, all priced in EUR. Features, credits, and limits are as described on https://glimintor.com/pricing at the time of subscription. Every plan above Maker offers 2–3 credit volume options at signup; the price shown below is the base volume. Maker — €49/month. 1,000 credits/mo. 1 seat. 3 profiles. 1 workspace. 5. Ops Credits System

Ops Credits are the consumption currency of the Service. The permanent public conversion rate is 100 Ops Credits = €1.00 of billable AI usage value. All AI-powered operations deduct credits atomically from the workspace balance before any external API call is made; insufficient balance returns an upgrade prompt without performing the operation. Credits included in your plan are granted on each billing cycle and expire at cycle end — unused included credits do not roll over. Boost Pack credits (the only top-up SKU) expire 90 days after purchase. Failed operations are refunded automatically to the ledger. There is no credit balance ceiling — the volume selector at signup and the Boost Pack price are the only credit deterrents.

6. Credit Top-Up — Boost Pack

The Boost Pack is the single emergency top-up product across the platform. Each pack is 1,000 credits for €49 with a 90-day rolling expiry from the purchase date. Available on Creator, Pro, Studio, Agency, and Enterprise plans. Maker users cannot buy Boost Packs — upgrading to a higher plan is the only path to more credits on Maker. There is no quantity cap; you can buy as many packs as you want. Each purchase creates a new ledger entry with its own 90-day expiry clock.

7. Subscription Add-Ons

Extra Seat — €49/month. One additional team member seat. Available on Pro, Studio, Agency. Extra Workspace — €99/month. One additional isolated brand workspace. Available on Studio, Agency. Extra 10 Profiles — €49/month. Ten additional connected social/inbox profiles. Available on Creator, Pro, Studio. Priority Support — €99/month. Dedicated support channel with 4-hour first-response SLA. Available on all paid plans.

8. Video Generation

Video generation is metered in Ops Credits and gated by plan tier. Maker and Creator have no video generation access. Pro unlocks the budget tier (LTX/WAN, up to 15 seconds) and AI Director single-post campaigns. Studio unlocks quality tier (Kling Turbo, up to 30 seconds), advanced models (HunyuanVideo, Luma, Seedance), Talking Avatar, Lip-sync, and the 2-minute in-browser video editor. Agency unlocks premium tier (Kling 2.5 Pro, up to 60 seconds), 3D Studio, full AI Director brand campaigns, and the 5-minute video editor. Generation failures caused by fal.ai outages are retried automatically and credits are refunded if all retries fail.

9. Contacts (Social-Native CRM)

The Contacts module aggregates audience members across connected platforms, storing names, email addresses, platform handles, engagement scores, lifecycle stages, and custom tags. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Contacts complies with GDPR and applicable data protection law, including maintaining a lawful basis for storing contact data and handling data subject requests. Xblanc processes contact data as your processor under the DPA.

10. Auto-Engage

Auto-Engage dispatches AI-powered automated responses to social media comments and direct messages. All responses are sent under your account and in your name. You are responsible for configuring rules to comply with applicable platform policies and anti-spam laws. You must ensure recipients have not opted out of automated responses. Xblanc is not liable for auto-generated responses that violate platform terms or applicable law.

11. Broadcast

Broadcast enables outreach messaging to contacts via WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Instagram Direct, and Messenger. You must: (a) only message individuals who have given explicit consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and applicable marketing law; (b) include a clear opt-out mechanism in every message and honour opt-outs immediately; (c) comply with WhatsApp Business Policy, Telegram API Terms, Meta Messaging Policy, and all applicable anti-spam and e-marketing laws; and (d) maintain verifiable consent records. Xblanc may suspend Broadcast access immediately if unsolicited bulk messaging or platform policy violations are detected. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination without refund. Report abuse to [email protected].

12. Live Studio

Live Studio enables live streaming to multiple social platforms simultaneously via RTMP. You are responsible for recording-notification compliance under applicable law, for holding rights to any third-party content you broadcast, and for complying with each destination platform's streaming policies. Xblanc is not responsible for streaming interruptions caused by destination platforms, and destination-platform outages are excluded from uptime calculations.

13. Connected Platforms and CRM Integrations

The Service supports connections to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Messenger, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Discord, and the following CRM platforms: Slack, Notion, ClickUp, HubSpot, and Asana. You must comply with each platform's terms of service and developer policies. Xblanc is not responsible for restrictions imposed by third-party platforms due to your conduct.

14. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including EU and Polish law. • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading commercial communications. • Use Broadcast to contact individuals without valid prior consent. • Generate deepfakes or synthetic media presented as authentic without required disclosure. • Circumvent trial limits, credit ceilings, or the 10-second per-clip video limit. • Make automated decisions with material legal effects on individuals without qualified human review. • Interfere with or damage the Service, its infrastructure, or other users. • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without prior written authorisation.

15. Intellectual Property

Xblanc retains all rights in the Service, platform, and technology. You retain ownership of your Content. You grant Xblanc a limited licence to process Content solely to provide the Service. Xblanc does not use your Content to train AI models unless expressly agreed in writing.

16. Data Processing

Xblanc processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum.

17. Payment and Billing

Subscriptions and add-ons are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days at [email protected].

18. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel at any time from the billing dashboard. Access continues until end of the current paid period. Data is retained 30 days post-termination then deleted unless law requires longer retention.

19. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. XBLANC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS. NOTHING HEREIN LIMITS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR DEATH/PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE.

20. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Railway (hosting), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (CDN/R2 storage), OpenRouter (AI model routing), fal.ai (image and video generation), ElevenLabs (voice generation), Google (embeddings via OpenRouter), and Resend (email). Xblanc is not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU law. B2B disputes: courts of Poznań, Poland. EU consumers may use the EU ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

22. Changes to These Terms

Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
