1. Overview
This Billing and Refund Policy is the single source of truth for all subscription, credit, payment, cancellation, and refund terms for GliminTor OS. By subscribing or making any purchase you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription Plans
GliminTor OS is offered on named plan tiers. Current plan features and pricing are shown at checkout and at glimintor.com/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with thirty (30) days advance notice.
3. Ops Credits
## 3.1 Nature Ops Credits ("Credits") are an internal service entitlement unit governing access to AI-powered features within GliminTor OS. Credits are not money, not a financial instrument, not electronic money, and not a payment method. Credits have no monetary value outside the platform, are non-transferable between accounts, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other consideration. ## 3.2 Monthly Refresh Monthly subscription Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle. They expire at the end of that cycle. Unused monthly Credits do not roll over. ## 3.3 Free Platform Actions The following never consume Credits: post scheduling, publishing, content calendar management, draft saving, inbox message reading, analytics dashboard viewing, profile management, workspace settings, and template browsing. Credits are consumed only when AI functionality is actively invoked. ## 3.4 Volume Selector Creator, Pro, Studio, and Agency plans offer credit volume options selectable at signup. The chosen volume determines the monthly credit allocation and subscription price. Volume can be changed for the next billing cycle from Settings → Billing. ## 3.5 Boost Pack The Boost Pack is a one-time purchase of 1,000 Credits at the current listed price. Boost Pack Credits expire 90 days from the date of purchase regardless of subscription status. Boost Pack purchase is not available to Maker plan users. Boost Pack Credits are non-refundable. ## 3.6 Forfeiture on Cancellation Upon cancellation of your subscription, any remaining Boost Pack Credits are forfeited 30 days after the cancellation date even if their original 90-day window has not yet elapsed. To preserve Boost Pack Credits, maintain an active subscription. Forfeited Credits cannot be reinstated and have no monetary value.
4. Payment
## 4.1 Billing Cycles Monthly subscriptions bill on the same calendar date each month. Annual subscriptions bill on the annual anniversary of signup. Annual subscriptions are billed at ten times the monthly price, providing two months of access at no additional charge. ## 4.2 Processing All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment details you authorise recurring charges. All amounts are in Euro (EUR), exclusive of applicable taxes. ## 4.3 VAT VAT is charged where required under Polish and EU law. EU business customers may provide a valid VAT number at checkout for reverse-charge treatment. Non-EU customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes. ## 4.4 Failed Payments If payment fails we notify you and retry. If unresolved after reasonable retry attempts we may restrict AI feature access. If unresolved after 14 days we may suspend the account. Outstanding amounts remain due. ## 4.5 Annual Renewal Annual subscriptions auto-renew on the anniversary date unless cancelled before renewal. A renewal reminder is sent at least 14 days in advance.
5. Trial
The 7-day free trial provides access to the full platform UI. Zero Credits are provided during the trial — AI features require a paid Credit allocation to run. You may connect your social and inbox accounts and view performance data during the trial. No payment card is captured when the trial starts; a valid payment method is collected only when you actively select a plan and complete checkout from the in-app Plans page. No charge is made automatically at trial end — access becomes read-only until a plan is chosen.
6. Plan Changes
## 6.1 Upgrades Upgrades take effect immediately. A prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing cycle is applied at the time of upgrade. ## 6.2 Downgrades and Volume Changes Downgrades and credit volume changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Current-cycle allocations and features remain active until cycle end.
7. Cancellation
Cancel at any time via Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. Access and current-cycle Credits continue until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not trigger any refund for the remaining period.
8. Refunds
## 8.1 General Rule — All Customers Subscription fees, Boost Pack purchases, and add-on fees are non-refundable once access has been granted and credits or services have been made available. This applies to unused Credits, unused subscription time, accidental purchases, and failure to cancel before renewal. This general rule applies subject always to mandatory rights under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract. ## 8.2 EU/EEA Consumers — Withdrawal Right EU/EEA consumers may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under applicable EU consumer law. GliminTor OS is a digital service subscription. If you expressly request that your subscription begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and later exercise your withdrawal right, we may charge a proportionate amount for the services supplied up to the time of withdrawal, as permitted by applicable law. The amount charged will reflect the proportion of the subscription period that has been delivered at the time withdrawal is exercised. At checkout, EU/EEA consumers are asked to expressly request immediate commencement of the Service before the end of the withdrawal period and to confirm they understand the proportionate-charge treatment that applies if they subsequently withdraw. This consent is captured through a mandatory unchecked checkbox at checkout and logged with the payment record. The checkout consent flow is the operative mechanism for this treatment. We will calculate any proportionate charge for services already delivered and process any applicable refund within 14 days. ## 8.3 Non-EU/EEA Customers For customers outside the EU/EEA, all purchases are final upon payment. The EU withdrawal treatment described in Section 8.2 does not apply. The general rule in Section 8.1 applies in full, subject always to mandatory consumer rights under applicable local law. ## 8.4 Billing Errors Confirmed technical billing errors — including duplicate charges or charges made after valid cancellation due to a verified system error — will be investigated and corrected. Contact [email protected] within 30 days with documentation. We respond within 10 business days.
9. Add-Ons
Add-on subscriptions are billed monthly alongside the main subscription and renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. Add-on fees are non-refundable for the current period. Available add-ons and current prices are published at glimintor.com/pricing.
10. Enterprise
Enterprise plans are governed by individually negotiated contracts. Contact [email protected].
11. Disputes
For billing disputes contact [email protected] within 30 days. We respond within 10 business days. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
