All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT (the Polish reverse-charge mechanism applies to EU B2B customers providing a valid VAT number at checkout). All Stripe Price IDs are confirmed live and immutable in production.

Six tiers — all priced in EUR. Maker €49/month (fixed, 1,000 credits). Creator from €199/month (4K/€199, 8K/€249, 15K/€299 volume options). Pro from €399/month (10K/€399, 20K/€499, 40K/€649). Studio from €799/month (30K/€799, 60K/€999, 100K/€1,299). Agency from €1,499/month (85K/€1,499, 150K/€1,899). Enterprise from €2,999/month (custom). Annual billing = 2 months free (pay 10, get 12). Above Maker, each plan offers 2–3 credit volume options at signup; the chosen volume is stored in Stripe subscription metadata and drives monthly credit grants. Subscriptions auto-renew on the billing anniversary unless cancelled.

Extra Seat €49/month — available on Pro, Studio, Agency. Extra Workspace €99/month — available on Studio, Agency. Extra 10 Profiles €49/month — available on Creator, Pro, Studio. Priority Support €99/month — available on all paid plans. Dedicated channel, 4-hour first-response SLA.

Credits are included in your monthly plan and are granted at the start of each billing cycle based on the Stripe subscription metadata credit_volume field. Unused included credits do not roll over — they expire at cycle end. The permanent conversion rate is 100 Ops Credits = €1.00 of billable AI usage value.

All AI-powered operations deduct credits atomically from the workspace balance before any external API call is made. Every action shows its credit cost before you run it — no silent deductions. Operations are priced from 0 credits (GliminTor AI Assistant chat, absorbed by the platform) up to 2,500 credits for the largest AI Director campaigns. Failed operations are refunded automatically. The Boost Pack is the single emergency top-up SKU across the platform. One pack = 1,000 credits @ €49, 90-day rolling expiry from the purchase date. Available on Creator, Pro, Studio, Agency, and Enterprise plans. Maker users cannot buy Boost Packs — the only path to more credits on Maker is an upgrade. There is no quantity cap and no balance ceiling. Each purchase creates a new ledger entry with its own 90-day expiry clock.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies universally across subscriptions (monthly and annual), Boost Pack one-time purchases, and all add-ons. Access is granted immediately upon payment. EU consumers must waive their 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU at every checkout by explicit checkbox — the waiver is required because digital access begins immediately. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues to the end of the current paid period. Unused included credits expire at cycle end (normal rule). Boost Pack credits continue their own 90-day expiry clock even after cancellation. Duplicate charges and legitimate billing errors may be refunded manually on a case-by-case basis by the billing team.

• Cancel at any time from the billing dashboard. Future billing stops immediately and access continues until the end of the current paid period. • Add-ons cancelled simultaneously unless cancelled independently beforehand. • Data retained 30 days post-cancellation then deleted. Unused monthly credits expire at period end (normal rule). Boost Pack credits continue their 90-day expiry clock.

Raise billing disputes at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. Response within 10 business days. Do not initiate chargebacks without first contacting us — chargeback abuse may result in account suspension.

XBLANC SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is registered for VAT in Poland. EU business customers may provide a valid VAT number at checkout for the reverse-charge mechanism.
